Increasingly people are asking us to facilitate strategic meetings, or to help them develop their team and how they work together.
Objective – we work with you to define the desired outputs from a session / group of sessions. Our objectivity means that we can ask 'the obvious', which often isn't!
Different tools – we can use a variety of tools and techniques to help aid discussion, linked to the objectives scoped out at the beginning. We prefer to use tools that enable participants to reflect on their situation, entering into meaningful and safe discussions in a way that actually helps take the group forward in their thinking or interacting.
Skilled facilitators – in order for us to help you, we choose skilled facilitators who are in tune with both the organisational culture and its objectives. Recent participants said that the facilitator was
- "inclusive, sensitive, encouraged participation, was accessible and "read the room" very well" and
- "I liked that we seemed to be 'observing' our preferred behaviours in the group ie. could critique these without playing them out. That was clever facilitation."
