Over the years we've found that for many their confidence gets knocked, they feel they've nothing to offer, and are scared of the unknown. People tend to intellectually understand the reasons for being made redundant, yet it's often the way that it's done that upsets them, with a resulting negative impact on the reputation of the organisation.
Helping people move forward
Group workshops – cost effective and highly interactive and practical, these workshops help individuals prepare for their future.
Individual sessions – when numbers are low we are able to offer the group workshops on an individual basis.
Executive level – these programmes aim to support executives plan their future.
Other services – to help support people within the organisation during times of change, we also offer other services including:-
- programmes to help managers break the news in a more sensitive and effective manner, helping maintain the reputation of the organisation;
- sessions to help refocus those remaining;
- and career management services to support talent / succession management programmes.
